Job Summary
Overnight Cleaner responsible for front desk-related tasks, member sign-ups, tours for potential members, handling member services inquiries and escalating to Club Manager as needed, maintaining club cleanliness, and performing deep cleaning during overnight shifts. Requires excellent customer service, ability to greet and assist members, process sign-ups, check-ins, respond to questions, and support training. Physical duties include standing/walking most of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.
