Job Summary
Mop, polish, and maintain wood floors; clean public restrooms, event rooms, the hotel entrance, elevators, and staff areas. Wash, dry, and iron guest and employee laundry; make beds per SOPs; and service rooms for guest requests. Empty bins, clean the garbage room, and handle lost property or maintenance reports to the overnight Duty Manager. Answer pagers promptly and maintain a safe, hazard-free environment while following security procedures and emergency protocols. Work independently during overnight hours with frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals, standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
