Job Summary
Overnight Studio Cleaner responsible for deep cleaning boutique fitness studio spaces across local locations, including equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas. Role involves taking before-and-after photos via a mobile app, following a bilingual cleaning checklist for consistency, clocking in/out with a smartphone app, maintaining inventory and placing restocking orders, and coordinating same-night coverage when needed. Two-person team structure on each shift with remote management support, and opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized company.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and consistent eye for quality
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for check-in, photo uploads, and reporting
- Reliable personal transportation to travel the overnight route
- Availability 4-5x a week overnight
- Ability to work independently and responsibly without direct supervision
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Prior experience in commercial or fitness studio cleaning preferred
