Conduct overnight deep cleaning of boutique fitness studios, covering equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobbies, and retail areas. Take before-and-after photos at each location and upload them via mobile app at shift start and end. Follow a detailed bilingual checklist to ensure thoroughness, clock in/out using a smartphone app, and maintain inventory while placing restocking orders. Monitor cleaner attendance and coordinate same-night replacement coverage when required. Work independently during overnight hours with a consistent 12-hour weekly schedule, earning $20/hr with monthly performance bonuses based on quality scores and client satisfaction. Reliable personal transportation needed for the overnight route.
