Job Summary
Deep clean boutique fitness studio spaces including equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas. Take before-and-after photos at each location and upload via mobile app at the start and end of every shift. Follow a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure thoroughness and consistency across all sites. Clock in and out at each location using a smartphone app. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and place restocking orders as needed. Monitor cleaner attendance and coordinate same-night replacement coverage when required. Work independently during overnight hours with a consistent schedule of approximately 12 hours per week. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and consistent eye for quality
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for check-in, photo uploads, and reporting
- Reliable personal transportation to travel the overnight route
- Availability 4-5x a week overnight
- Ability to work independently and responsibly without direct supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Prior experience in commercial or fitness studio cleaning preferred
