Job Summary
Deep clean boutique fitness studio spaces including equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas while taking before-and-after photos at each location to upload via mobile app. Follow a detailed bilingual checklist to ensure thoroughness, clock in and out using a smartphone app, and maintain inventory by placing restocking orders as needed. Monitor cleaner attendance and coordinate same-night replacement coverage when required. This role requires reliable transportation, availability for 4-5x overnight shifts, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish. You earn $20/hr with monthly performance bonuses based on quality scores and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and consistent eye for quality
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for check-in, photo uploads, and reporting
- Reliable personal transportation to travel the overnight route
- Availability 4-5x a week overnight
- Ability to work independently and responsibly without direct supervision
Desired Qualifications
