Job Summary
Assist clients with daily living tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene while following individualized care plans. Provide medication reminders, support meal prep, and ensure safety through mobility assistance and proper transfers. Offer companionship, document care accurately, and report changes to the office while collaborating with families and healthcare teams. Requires 2 years of caregiver experience, dementia and long-term care background, CPR certification, and physical ability for hands-on care. Shifts are 7p-7a on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years prior experience as a caregiver, CNA, or PCA
- Dementia and long-term care experience
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physically able to assist with hands-on care and mobility
- Reliable, compassionate, and communicative
- High school diploma or equivalent
