Job Summary
Overnight caregiver responsibilities include assisting participants with personal hygiene, supporting individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and helping them participate in community activities. Build real, meaningful relationships with participants, exercise judgment to do what’s right for participants, and provide compassionate, patient, reliable support during 9pm–9am overnight shifts on a 7-on/7-off schedule. Must have good communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills, and possess a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle and proof of insurance. The role offers competitive pay (USD 19.03/hour), full benefits for full-time staff, 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay, within Sevita’s direct support program across home and community-based services.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
