Job Summary
Overnight direct-support caregiver duties include assisting participants with personal hygiene, supporting their participation in community activities, and helping them work toward developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You’ll build real relationships with participants, exercise patience and compassion, communicate effectively, and collaborate with supervisors to provide safe, person-centered care during overnights (11pm-9am) on specified days. Requires reliability, adaptability, teamwork, time-management, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
