Job Summary
Provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care to clients in their homes, including assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep) and offering companionship and emotional support to help clients maintain independence and dignity. 12-hour overnight shifts (8pm-8am) on weekdays and weekends in Tuscaloosa, AL. Pay is $11-$13 per hour with options for weekly or daily pay, plus weekend pay, health insurance and dental options, paid training, referral bonuses, and employee-recognition programs. Requires being 18+, authorized to work in the US, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, ability to pass a background check, and ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
