Job Summary
Conduct overnight direct care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting personal hygiene, developmental goals, and community participation. Assist participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs while developing meaningful relationships to help them live well. Manage daily tasks including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition support under a mission-driven team. Requires a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle. Full-time positions available with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit)
- Clean driving record that meets Sevita's insurability policy
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
