Job Summary
Provide compassionate, hands-on overnight care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and incontinence care. Monitor resident well-being, respond promptly to needs, and maintain a safe, clean environment throughout 12-hour shifts running from 7:00pm to 7:00am. Keep proper records of care including resident service plans and document all services provided while communicating daily with Resident Services associates to ensure continuity. Work independently with patience and empathy, supporting programming and operations of the neighborhood under the supervision of the Resident Services Director.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year related health care experience
- Successfully complete required dementia training (in any Community with an Ensemble Program)
- Positive Criminal Background Screening
- Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy
Desired Qualifications
- Assisted Living and/or Memory Care experience
- Certification in CPR and first aid
- Licensed or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) in good standing with the state licensing or certifying agency
- Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems
