Job Summary
LPN provides professional nursing care in a long-term care setting under supervision, administering medications and treatments, performing nursing assessments, documenting resident status and care outcomes, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes resident education, counseling residents and families on care plans, and ensuring resident comfort and safety. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program with an active LPN license; associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. Night shift (6pm–6:30am) with rotating weekends/holidays; part-time position offering shift differentials and a benefits package. Knox County, Nebraska location; sign-on bonus available; eligible for rural health incentive program participation.
