Job Summary
Team Member responsible for providing exceptional customer service, thorough cleaning & stocking, processing accurate payment transactions, preparing & serving quality food, and assorted duties to meet travelers' needs. Duties include operating the POS, handling cash, following food safety and brand standards, stocking and rotating products, performing kitchen-related tasks, maintaining workstation cleanliness, and upselling/cross-selling products. The role requires flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and adherence to company policies and attendance expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Essential Experience & Skills: Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
