Job Summary
Mix ingredients and prepare bakery products including breads and bagels by measuring, molding dough to ensure proper weight and size, and safely operating equipment. Read and understand recipes while adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards. Greet customers, answer questions, and train other team members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Work full-time in a warm environment with frequent walking, standing, and lifting up to 70lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years and older
- Baker experience
- Product knowledge
- Able to safely operate mixers
- Able to read, write and do simple math problems
- Able to interpret, understand and follow instructions
- Good oral communication
