Job Summary
Handle overnight inbound calls from clients, professionally greeting callers, providing details, and gathering required information. Relay and route critical messages to on-call personnel by prioritizing urgent and emergency situations. Respond to customer requests accurately while maintaining excellent grammar and spelling. Work remotely from a quiet, distraction-free room with a dedicated wired USB headset, using a Windows 11 computer connected via Ethernet cable. Complete a pre-application speed test on fast.com and submit download and upload results. Training follows a temporary split schedule before transitioning to regular overnight shifts. Monday and Tuesday: 1:30pm–9:30pm EST; Wednesday through Friday: 9am–5pm EST.
Required Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in French and English (fluent written and spoken)
- Dedicated to working overnight shifts, including weekend availability
- Customer Service (1 year required)
- call centre experience (1 year preferred)
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and professional demeanor
- Windows-based computer proficiency
- Fast learner with strong typing skills (at least 35WPM)
- Detail-oriented and capable of processing information logically
- Punctual with an exceptional attendance record and a true team-player mindset
- Secondary school/High School Diploma or equivalent
- Personal PC or Laptop running Windows 11 or above
- High-speed internet connected directly via Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi not permitted)
- Dedicated wired USB headset with a microphone
- A quiet, distraction-free room/office with a closed door
