Speak, read, and write fluently in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base including medical offices and professional services. Maintain a welcoming voice with an upbeat tone, demonstrating strong English communication skills and computer proficiency in a Windows environment. Work 40-hour full-time shifts, including overnight hours and one weekend day per week, with approximately one week of training followed by a new set schedule.
