Job Summary
Extend a warm, gracious welcome and farewell to all guests, handling luggage with meticulous care from arrival through departure. Safely park and retrieve luxury vehicles, conducting comprehensive inspections of each car to document any damage. Escort guests to their rooms, offering refined orientation, and operate golf carts for local transport within a one-mile radius. Maintain high standards of cleanliness at the valet stand and lobby entrance while safeguarding guest belongings with integrity. Respond promptly to requests, coordinating with Front Office to ensure seamless service delivery. Valid driver's license with an impeccable record required, along with physical capability to lift 50 pounds. Professional level of English and Spanish necessary. Work 100% on-site at Lennox Hotel Miami Beach in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility for varied shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record
- Demonstrated ability to operate a wide range of vehicles, including luxury and manual transmission automobiles
- Proven ability to operate golf carts and related equipment safely
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage guests in a polished, courteous, and anticipatory manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Disciplined approach to vehicle inspections
- Ability to accurately identify, document, and communicate pre-existing or newly observed damage
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and equipment exceeding 50 pounds
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising service standards
- Knowledge of the local area
- Ability to confidently provide directions, recommendations, and transportation within a one-mile radius of the property
