Job Summary
Bell Services Agent role in a resort hospitality setting: escort guests to rooms, assist with luggage, explain room features, deliver messages and items, transport guests on site, manage luggage/setup, and maintain records of service calls. Must be able to stand long shifts (90-100% standing), lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors, and communicate effectively with guests and team members. Requires weekend/holiday availability, age 18+, valid Florida driver’s license, and successful background check/drug test.
