Overnight Bell Attendant PT

Overnight Part-Time Bell Attendant at Four Seasons Resort in Vail. Responsible for greeting guests with a smile, assisting with luggage during arrival and departure, delivering to and picking up from guest rooms, transporting packages, and valet parking guest vehicles. Must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles and lift heavy items. Duties include early morning newspaper delivery and shoeshine requests, assisting with Room Service orders, and fueling/cleaning company vehicles. Records must be kept for stored luggage, deliveries, and pickups in line with Four Seasons standards. Interact with guests professionally, resolve inquiries about hotel services, hours of operation, and events, and support duties of Doorman, Bellman, Valet Driver, or House Car Attendant. Must work overnight, and coordinate with overnight MOD. Tasks include handling seasonal equipment storage/delivery of ski equipment and mountain bikes, and running errands off-property. Qualifications include a minimum of 2+ years in a similar luxury-hotel role, ability to work overnights, valid US driverfs license with clean record (able to drive manual transmission), ability to multitask, stand for up to eight hours, lift and move heavy luggage (up to 200 lbs), and English fluency; Spanish is a plus. Wage is $23.49 per hour plus gratuities; part-time schedule including overnight, weekends, and holidays. Four Seasons offers benefit programs and opportunities for development.
