Job Summary
Behavioral Health Technician at a residential treatment center provides supervision and support to clients, monitors self-administration of medication, conducts 2-3x weekly urinalysis, documents results, and maintains confidentiality and policy adherence. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of behavioral health experience (preferred), valid driver’s license, and current certification in self-administration of medication procedures plus satisfactory drug screen and background check.
