Job Summary
Overnight Banquet Houseman responsible for overnight setup, breakdown, and deep cleaning of banquet and meeting spaces per BEO specifications. Works autonomously during an 8-hour overnight shift (typically 9:00 PM–8:00 AM) and serves as the primary overnight presence in the banquet department to ensure spaces are event-ready by morning. Duties include setting/breaking banquet rooms, transporting equipment, cleaning and detail work, and verbose logging of tasks. Must be physically capable of repeatedly lifting and carrying tables over 40 lbs, moving chairs, and walking long distances within the property. Requires strong written communication for accurate logging, self-direction, reliability, and the ability to read and execute BEO diagrams. Uniform is self-provided: black pants, black shirt, and slip-resistant shoes. Shifts are overnight with an unpaid 30-minute break; overtime is not expected. Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated physical capacity to lift and move 40+ lbs repeatedly across a shift
