Job Summary
Provide support and training to promote personal growth and accomplishment for adults with cognitive and physical needs. Assist with personal care, meal preparation, daily routines, and necessary housekeeping tasks. Administer medication according to MAP regulations and report significant health, psychiatric, and behavioral issues. The role requires a valid Massachusetts driver's license and a personally owned vehicle to drive the residence van. Schedule includes Tuesday through Wednesday, Friday through Saturday, and Sunday through Thursday shifts from 11pm to 7am. Hourly rate is $20 to $20.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Experience working with adults with brain injuries or developmental disabilities
- Ability to drive residence van
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Personally owned vehicle
- Must be awake, alert, and available to individuals throughout the course of the night
- Must be available for Tuesday-Wednesday, Friday-Saturday, 11pm-7am (32 hours)
- Must be available for Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am (40 hours)
