Overnight Associate Scientist

Perform environmental monitoring in aseptic processing areas (including fill lines and clean rooms) and collect/test routine samples such as water for injection (WFI), clean steam, and compressed gases. Monitor environmental conditions during test sessions, report results, and document in compliance with cGMP and GLP standards. Prepare media, reagents, sanitizing solutions and equipment; maintain gowning certification and apply good aseptic technique. Conduct bioburden, endotoxin, Total Organic Carbon (TOC), and conductivity testing for utility samples; perform sub-culturing and Gram-staining of microorganisms; conduct growth promotion on incoming media. Maintain temperature records and logbooks, input results into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), and support Scientists/Lead Scientists/Supervisor with testing and special projects. Assist in training new departmental personnel and ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
