Job Summary
Overnight Night Manager responsibilities include leading overnight merchandising execution with purpose, coordinating staffing for forklift operators and merchandising teams, maintaining merchandise presentation and availability, and ensuring safe, efficient overnight operations. Serves as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, coaching and developing overnight team members to uphold GOLD standards and deliver a premium member experience. Requires forklift certification and open shift availability; duties include safety and sanitation compliance, inventory controls, and collaboration with department leadership to align with daytime operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or college degree preferred
- Forklift operator required
- Prior forklift operating and merchandising experience preferred but not required
- At least 18 years of age
- Open shift availability
- Must maintain training and required certifications
