Job Summary
As Overnight Agent, you are entrusted with full responsibility for the resort during overnight operations, acting as both a leader and guest service professional to ensure front office functions, guest needs, and night audit duties are completed with precision and care. Responsibilities span guest services, night audit procedures, leadership of overnight staff, guest experience and service recovery, and safety/emergency response with Aman standards. Requires prior front office/night audit experience, knowledge of Opera or similar PMS, strong organization and communication skills, ability to work independently overnight, and a professional, discreet approach. Position is fully on-site at Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah, within a luxury hospitality group, with benefits and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Front Office, Night Audit, or similar hospitality role preferred
- Working knowledge of Opera or similar property management systems preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take full accountability during overnight hours
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and calm decision-making under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership capability
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
