Overnight Adult LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients by completing admitting and shift assessments, utilizing critical thinking to analyze data, and notifying physicians of condition changes. Participate in developing multidisciplinary treatment plans, document all nursing care and physician orders, and monitor patients and environments for safety. Serve as a clinical resource to supervise care delivered by LPNs and techs while educating patients and families based on assessed needs. Apply evidence-based practice to ensure care aligns with age-specific and clinical department scope. Requires BLS certification and RN license (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, or Compact State).
