Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of the crime investigation unit as operational daily leader and group chief, overseeing planning, monitoring, and execution of investigative activities. Serve as personal administrative head for the group while acting as investigator and lead investigator in specific cases. Maintain external and internal communication across police operational areas and relevant networks. Requires police sub-officer examination or equivalent, Finnish citizenship, and prior experience in crime investigation and group leadership. Offers varied, interesting tasks with a base salary of 3,639.70 SEK/month, plus allowances for inconvenient working hours and tax-free wellness benefits. Application deadline is September 3, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Polisunderbefälsexamen eller annan motsvarande utbildning
- Finskt medborgarskap
- har god ledarskaps- och samarbetsförmåga
- har förmåga att arbeta under ställvis pressade förhållanden
- har förmåga att vägleda gruppen och slutföra uppgifter som ankommer på utredare och gruppchef
- är aktiv, initiativtagande och utvecklingsinriktad
- är öppen och ärlig
