Job Summary
Conduct technical theater operations for ongoing school productions, including advanced carpentry, scenic painting, lighting cabling and focusing, audio system management with Qlab and Midas consoles, and full costume shop support. Manage specific production tasks such as hanging lights, running wireless microphones, setting up playback cues, and maintaining costume paperwork. - Understanding of paint preparation and clean-up

- General theatrical lighting knowledge
- Experience hanging lights
- Experience cabling lights
- Experience focusing lights
- Experience running DMX
- Experience cabling LED fixtures
- Experience installing moving light fixtures
- Experience working with an ION console
- General knowledge of audio systems
- Experience running sound for productions
- Experience with Qlab
- Experience setting up playback cues for backing tracks of junior musicals
- Knowledge of running wireless microphones from a Midas M32 console
- Competency in all aspects of costume operations in theater, dance, and opera
- Knowledge of costume construction techniques
- Knowledge of wardrobe maintenance
- Knowledge of sewing machines
- Knowledge of other costume shop equipment
