Job Summary
Overhead Service Crane Technician (Electrical) to repair and install overhead cranes for manufacturing plants across the Langley area. Position based in Langley, BC with 90% offsite work and company-provided truck; travel to multiple plants; on-call and overtime opportunities. Requires 5 years of crane-tech experience and Certified Industrial Electrician. Responsibilities include repairing cranes/hoists/controls, installation, load testing, troubleshooting, inspections, and maintaining maintenance reports. Strong customer service and communication skills required; physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs; willingness to travel and work overtime/On-call. Required Qualifications
- Certified Industrial Electrician
- 5 years of experience as an overhead crane technician
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent people and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Lifting up to 50lbs
- Knowledge and understanding of structural, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Able to work in elevated areas
- Must have reliable own transportation
- G License in good standing
