Job Summary

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming customer-owned parts and conduct in-process checks following Manufacturer Engine Manuals and FAA/EASA regulations. Prepare Overhaul/Repair teardown documentation, verify signoffs, and review traveler records for completeness and accuracy. Assemble, verify, and maintain inspection gauges while controlling stamps per documented quality procedures. Inspect supplier-provided and internally produced details against approved repair procedures and approve purchase orders for shippable product. Maintain accurate quality records and a clean work environment. Support quality and production teams as needed. First Shift (M-F 7:00 - 3:30pm) or Second Shift (M-F 3:30pm - 12:00 am).

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including: Blueprint Reading
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including: Operation sheets
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including: Travelers
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including: Manufacturer Engine Manuals and related publications
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including: FAA/EASA regulations and requirements
  • Blueprint reading
  • Proficiency in using relevant computer systems, inspection tools, and measurement equipment
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills
  • Ability to perform physical activities including sitting, standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Close vision
  • Distance vision
  • Color vision
  • Peripheral vision
  • Depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Successful completion of: Drug and alcohol screening
  • Successful completion of: Background check

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience in aerospace inspection
  • Familiarity with borescope inspection, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), and precision measurement tools
  • Experience working in regulated environments (FAA, EASA, aerospace manufacturing)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
