Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Overdose Evaluator (Project Coordinator III) to support the Rhode Island Department of EOHHS Overdose Data Analytics. Requires Master's degree, 5-7 years evaluation experience, and strong communication skills. Compensation between $92k and $101k annual.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in healthcare, public policy, or a related field
- 5-7 years of demonstrated work experience, of which at least two years must have been in evaluation
- Knowledge of behavioral health care policy and programs, including Medicaid and managed care programs
- Familiarity with Rhode Island’s overdose prevention stakeholder community
- Excellent theories of evaluation experience, including behavioral health evidence-based research and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff, leadership, clients, and stakeholders
- Expertise and strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership experience with capability of fostering a collaborative environment
- Comfortable leading effective meetings and work sessions, with all levels of staff and leadership
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, and work under time constraints
- Ability to exercise good judgment and strategic thinking
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
