Overdose Evaluator

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare, public policy, or a related field
• 5-7 years of demonstrated work experience, of which at least two years must have been in evaluation
• Knowledge of behavioral health care policy and programs, including Medicaid and managed care programs
• Familiarity with Rhode Island’s overdose prevention stakeholder community
• Excellent theories of evaluation experience, including behavioral health evidence-based research and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff, leadership, clients, and stakeholders
• Expertise and strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership experience with capability of fostering a collaborative environment
• Comfortable leading effective meetings and work sessions, with all levels of staff and leadership
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, and work under time constraints
• Ability to exercise good judgment and strategic thinking
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
