Job Summary
Hands-on leadership position to oversee the construction and enhancement of service logs and metric monitoring systems. Responsibilities include designing, operating, and improving CI/CD pipelines, as well as operating and improving services based on Cloud and Kubernetes with AI applications. Candidates should have a solid foundation in computer science, possess over 5 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate proficiency in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, GitOps, IaC, and CI/CD practices. Experience in developing automation and internal development support tools is crucial. Preferred qualifications include Kubernetes automation, observability stack operation, practical development using programming languages, and integration of AI tools into workflows.
Required Qualifications

- 빌드·배포·자동화에 대한 높은 관심과 개선 경험
- CI/CD 파이프라인에 대한 이해 또는 구축·운영 경험
- AI 도구 및 기술을 실무에 적극적으로 활용해본 경험
Desired Qualifications
- Kubernetes 운영 자동화 경험 (ArgoCD, Helm, Kustomize 등 GitOps 기반 도구 활용 경험)
- Observability 스택 운영 경험 (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, VictoriaMetrics 등 로그·메트릭 기반 문제 분석 및 개선 경험)
- 하나 이상의 프로그래밍 언어를 활용한 실무 개발 경험 (예: TypeScript, Python, Go 등 — 운영/자동화/툴링 목적의 개발 경험)
- 운영 또는 개발 생산성 향상을 위한 내부 도구, 자동화 스크립트, 플랫폼 기능 개발 경험
- AI 도구를 실무에 적극적으로 활용하여 문제 해결 및 개발 효율을 개선한 경험 (n8n, AI Agent 개발, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT 등을 활용한 자동화·코드 생성·운영 지원 등)
- AI를 워크플로우에 통합해본 경험 (Slack, Github 연동)
