Job Summary
Manage domestic and international UGC game creator recruitment, contracts, and settlement. Cultivate and manage the platform's early creator community to drive game supply. Communicate with creators to support game planning and launch decisions. Plan, host, and operate external partnerships and events. Operate internal contract and payment processes. Manage legal requirements and administrative procedures for corporate operations. This role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, English proficiency, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Required Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to write emails and documents in English
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
