Over The Road Driver

Transport materials from vendors to company warehouses or directly to customers while handling and inspecting hazardous materials. Interpret customer orders to schedule and execute deliveries, verify product accuracy, and collect payments. Keep detailed truck logs in compliance with state and federal regulations and efficiently load and unload goods, securing cargo for safe transit. Conduct emergency roadside repairs, replace light bulbs, and install tire chains when needed. Generate, handle, and inspect hazardous waste, managing spills and incidents based on emergency action plans. Maintain accurate manifests and inspection logs. Work a schedule with overtime pay starting at 40 hours per week.
