Job Summary
Operate a tractor/trailer in over-the-road freight transportation, adhering to FMCSA rules and safety protocols. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain required records, and comply with hazardous materials transportation regulations. Utilize in-cab technology and electronic logs, drive across varied terrains, and adapt to different schedules. Must meet FMCSA requirements, possess a valid Class A CDL with HazMat/Tanker endorsements, pass drug/alcohol screening and medical exams, be able to lift ~70 lbs, and communicate effectively in English. Job involves remote/off-site travel between service centers with company-supported benefits and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration
- Must reside within 75 miles of the domiciled Service Center and/or work assignment
- HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements
- Must pass FMCSA medical exam and road test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical requirements as described
