Job Summary
Estes Line Haul Extraboard Driver – Over-the-Road tractor-trailer operation for an established LTL carrier. Responsible for safe transportation of freight under FMCSA regulations, maintaining required logs and inspections, complying with HazMat/Tanker endorsements, driving in varied terrain, and supporting service centers within Estes’ network. Requires Class A CDL, 21+ years old, within 75 miles of domicile, and ability to pass medical exam, drug tests, and road test. May operate on various schedules and may work with dock-based needs; in-cab technology like ELD may be used. Regular attendance expected; opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 21 years of age
- Class A CDL
- FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Able to pass FMCSA medical exam and road test
- English literacy for FMCSA rules and regulations
- Able to lift 70 lbs.
