Job Summary
OTR Company Driver for DeWitt Transportation LLC, a small refrigerated fleet operating 65 trucks mainly east of I-25. The role features guaranteed pay for all time on the road, with starting pay at $1,400 per week based on experience, potential raise to $1,600, and additional performance bonuses. Benefits include a 401(k) with employer matching, paid weekly on a W-2, health-care premium contribution at 90 days, and flexible home time (1.5 days home per week; 3–5 weeks out yield 4.5–9 days home). Vehicle specs include 72” double bunk sleepers, APUs, and refrigeration; EZ Pass/PrePass equipped. Hiring in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX. Minimum requirements: CDL A, 2 years recent CDL A experience, current DOT physical, and acceptable MVR. Owner-Operator option also available (revenue share). Location note: Slidell, Louisiana.
