Job Summary
OTR Company Driver position with DeWitt Transportation LLC offering guaranteed pay and consistent weekly earnings. Earn $1,400/week starting pay based on experience, with potential raise to $1,600 after 90 days, plus monthly and annual performance bonuses. Benefits include 401k with employer matching (4%), health care contribution by employer, paid weekly via direct deposit, and home-time tied to long-haul schedules (3 weeks out = 4.5–5 days home, up to 8–9 days home after 5 weeks out). Equipment includes 72” double bunks, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, Inverters, EZ Pass/PrePass. Home time is flexible with routes primarily east of I-25 and limited NYC driving; no unloading required. Fleet operates refrigerated tractors with DD15/DT-12 engines. Hiring in several states (AR, IL, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
- Hiring in the following states: AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX
