Job Summary
OTR Company Driver for a refrigerated fleet. Guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400 based on experience with potential raises and bonuses. Benefits include 401k with employer matching, health care premium contribution at 90 days, weekly W-2 pay via direct deposit, and home time that increases with longer trips (home 1.5 days per week, up to 9 days after five weeks out). Equipment features include 72” double bunk sleepers, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, 1500-W inverted, EZ Pass/Best Pass and PrePass. Hiring across multiple states with minimum 2 years CDL A experience, valid CDL A, DOT physical, and clean MVR.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)

- majority miles east of I-25
- no chaining up in winter
