Job Summary
OTR Company Driver role with DeWitt Transportation LLC focused on refrigerated fleet operations. Provides guaranteed weekly pay ($1,400 starting; potential raise to $1,600 after 90 days), weekly W-2 pay via direct deposit, 401k with employer matching, health-premium contribution at 90 days, and bonus opportunities (monthly up to $500; annual performance bonus). Home time is flexible with 1.5 days home per week, 3–5 days home after 3–4 weeks out, and longer home periods after longer cycles. Equipment includes 72” double bunk sleepers with APUs, refrigerators/freezers, and inverters; trucks equipped with EZ Pass / PrePass. Hiring in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX. Minimum requirements: valid Class A CDL, at least 2 years of recent CDL A experience, current DOT physical, reasonably good MVR (≤3 violations/accidents in last 3 years).
