Job Summary
Over The Road Company Driver for refrigerated fleet. Hiring in multiple states with guaranteed weekly pay ($1,400 starting, potential $1,600 with raise) and weekly W-2 pay. Benefits include 401k, health premium contribution, flexible home time (1.5 days home per week; 3 weeks out = 4.5–5 days home; 4 weeks out = 6–7 days; 5 weeks out = 8–9 days), drop and hook (50%+), no driver unload, pacing east of I-25, and modern Cascadia tractors with DD15/DT-12 engines. Minimum requirements include CDL A, 2 years experience, active DOT physical, and clean MVR. Also options for Owner Operators (90% revenue, 100% fuel surcharge). Home time and routes emphasize mostly eastern US with limited NYC miles.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
