Over The Road Company Driver

OTR Company Driver position for DeWitt Transportation LLC. Hires with guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400 based on experience, with potential raise to $1,600 after 90-day performance review. Monthly bonus up to $500 and an annual performance bonus based on truck profitability. Benefits include 401k with 100% match on the first 4%, paid weekly via direct deposit, employer-paid 25% of health care premium at 90 days, and flexible home time (1.5 days home per week; 3 weeks out = 4.5–5 days home; 4 weeks = 6–7 days; 5 weeks = 8–9 days). No driver unloads, drop and hook 50% or more, mostly east of I-25 with no NYC assignments. Equipment includes 72” double bunk sleepers, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, 1500-W inverter; trucks equipped with EZ Pass / Best Pass and PrePass. Hiring in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX. Requirements: valid CDL A, minimum 2 years CDL A experience, current DOT physical, good MVR.
