Job Summary
OTR Company Driver for DeWitt Transportation LLC (refrigerated fleet) with guaranteed weekly pay and home-time incentives. Must have a valid CDL A and at least 2 years of recent CDL A experience; DOT physical required; MVR must show no more than three moving violations/accidents in the last 3 years. Role features weekly W-2 pay, 401k with employer match, health-care premium contribution after 90 days, potential raises after 3 months, and monthly/annual performance bonuses. Home time is flexible with typical haul patterns (1.5 days home per week; longer stretches yield more days at home). No NYC routing; majority miles east of I-25. Equipment includes 72” double bunk sleepers, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, 1,500-Watt inverters; trucks equipped with EZ Pass/Best Pass and PrePass. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
- Also hiring Owner Operators: 90% of revenue + 100% of fuel surcharge.
- No NYC, majority of miles east of I-25, no chaining up in winter
