Job Summary
OTR Company Driver position for a refrigerated fleet. Compelling guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400 based on experience, with potential raise to $1,600 after 90 days, plus monthly and annual performance bonuses. Benefits include 401k with employer matching, weekly pay via W-2, partial health care premium coverage at 90 days, and flexible home time (1.5 days home per week; 3 weeks out = 4.5–5 days home, etc.). Equipment details include 72” double bunk sleepers with APUs, refrigerators/freezers, inverters, EZ Pass/PrePass. Hiring in multiple states (AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX).
