Over The Road Company Driver

OTR Company Driver role for DeWitt Transportation LLC's refrigerated fleet. Guaranteed pay for all time on the road with starting pay of $1,400 per week based on experience, potential raise to $1,600 weekly after 90 days, monthly bonuses up to $500, and annual performance bonus. Benefits include 401(k) with employer matching, paid weekly via W-2, health-care premium contribution at 90 days, and flexible home time (1.5 days home per week; 3 weeks out = 4.5–5 days home; 4 weeks out = 6–7 days home; 5 weeks out = 8–9 days home). Equipment features include 72” double bunk sleepers, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, 1,500-W inverters, EZ Pass/Best Pass, and PrePass. Hiring in multiple states with emphasis on 65-truck refrigerated fleet; no NYC miles, mostly east of I-25. Role requires CDL A, 2 years experience, a current DOT physical, and good MVR. Home time is flexible based on trips; no driver unloads. Trucks operate with standard current fleet specs (DD15/DT-12 engines).
