Job Summary
OTR Company Driver position with guaranteed weekly pay and home-time opportunities. Starting pay is $1,400 per week based on experience, with potential raise to $1,600 after a performance review, plus monthly and annual bonuses. Benefits include 401k with 100% company match on the first 4% of contribution and health-care premium coverage at 90 days. The role features weekly pay via direct deposit on a W-2, and family-friendly home-time schedules (1.5 days home per week; 3–5 weeks out yields 4.5–9 days home). Equipment includes 72” double-bunk sleepers, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, and PrePass/EZ Pass. Hiring in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX.
