Job Summary
OTR Company Driver position with DeWitt Transportation LLC in a refrigerated fleet. Guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400 based on experience, with potential raise to $1,600 after 90 days, plus monthly and annual bonuses, 401k with employer match, weekly pay via W-2, health-care premium contribution, and flexible home time (approximately 1.5 days home per week; 3–5 weeks out yields 4.5–9 days home). No driver unloading, no NYC miles, and mostly east of I-25. Trucks feature modern equipment and toll/prepass capabilities. Hiring in multiple states including AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
