Job Summary
OTR Company Driver position enrolling drivers for long-haul refrigerated routes. Offers guaranteed weekly pay ($1,400 starting based on experience), potential raise to $1,600, monthly bonuses up to $500, annual performance bonus, 401k with employer matching, paid weekly via W-2, and health-care premium contribution at 90 days. Flexible home time with 1.5 days home per week; 3 weeks out yields 4.5–5 days home, 4 weeks out yields 6–7 days home, 5 weeks out yields 8–9 days home. Equipment includes 72" double bunks sleepers, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, 1,500-watt inverters, EZ Pass, Best Pass, and PrePass. Fleet operates mainly east of I-25; no NYC, no winter chaining. Hiring states listed: AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
