Job Summary
OTR Company Driver for a refrigerated fleet. Guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400 based on experience, with a 90-day performance review and potential raise to $1,600, plus monthly and annual performance bonuses. Benefits include 401k with 100% match of the first 4% of employee contribution, health-care premium contribution at 90 days, and weekly W-2 pay via direct deposit. Flexible home time based on weeks out (3 weeks out = 4.5–5 days home; 4 weeks out = 6–7 days home; 5 weeks out = 8–9 days home). No driver unloading. Majority of miles east of I-25 with no NYC routing. Equipment includes 72” double-bunk sleepers with APUs, refrigerators/freezers, and 1,500-watt inverters; trucks equipped with EZ Pass / Best Pass and PrePass. Hiring in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX. Minimum requirements: valid Class A CDL, at least 2 years recent CDL A experience, current DOT physical, and a strong MVR.
